- Carers UK — Information, advice and support for carers. Also has forums including for carers looking after people with mental health issues
- Compassionate Mental Health — Online and in person events, educational programmes and practices, designed to catalyse change in the mental health system and spark transformation in individuals and communities. Valued by POPS members.
- Local Healthwatches — Feedback health and social care experiences to decision makers. Some useful information.
- Making Space — Services for adults with health or social care need, including people with complex mental health needs and carers
- Mind — Leading mental health charity offering lots of information and services including telephone helplines for support, legal info and more. Local branches offer various support services like travel buddies, counselling services and peer support groups. Find your local Mind branch here
- Rethink — Leading charity for pyschotic illnesses. Loads of information, a strong carer focus, telephone and online chat helplines. Some regional services, listed under areas. Or find a local Rethink service here

- Safely Held Spaces — Online peer support groups for family members and friends supporting people experiencing extreme mental and emotional distress, often diagnosed as psychosis. Highly rated by POPS members

- Soteria London — "Creates safe and welcoming spaces and activities for people in altered states, alongside local communities and allies". Includes regular Soteria in the Pub open mic events. Valued by POPS members.
